it’s all energy
Energy & the body.
Our bodies are comprised of many energy points and centers. Here, our approach narrows the focus to the seven that are commonly found in the ayurvedic & yogic traditions.
As we move through life, these energy centers can become either underactive or overactive depending on both our ability and approach to digest what we experience along the way. This approach can range from avoiding the experience altogether to attaching to the experience.
Either way, your energy is stuck and so are you.
The body does in fact keep score and this stuck energy can manifest in pain, a general lack of flow and/or a sense of chaos both internally and externally (remember - as within, so without).
There are ways you can bring balance to these centers independently through behavioral changes and cultivating more space in your life - but if you’re craving an experience that is co-creative and supportive of your flow, then keep reading - you’re in the right place.
Energy & the mind.
Understanding your state/frequency through the brainwaves:
Shifting states requires body & mind
Try it on your own:
Step 1: Close your eyes to bring awareness to your breath and your body
Step 2: Deepen the breath to enter a state of neutrality in the mind
Step 3: Feel into the present moment (that which is happening inside of you and around you)
Ask yourself: How do I feel? What do I want for myself? Am I willing to grow?
